The Rouen Metropolitan community chooses AMT, who leads the group associating VICARINI, INGETEC, GEODICE and DILUVIAL for the requalification of the avenue Jean Jaurès at Petit-Quevilly. The avenue Jean Jaurès is an historic town entrance into Rouen from the South-West. With the design of South-West bypass, the transit corridor for the avenue was greatly reduced. Whereas with the replacement of former industrial sites, the appeal of urban centrality of the avenue took shape. The requalification of public spaces is thus a public issue greater than renewal, densification of city fabric on either side of the lane that the project undertook.
After the redevelopment of the de Galle street, the third segment of the work zone for the reclassification of the center of Yiffiniac begins. It concerns the reorganization of the forecourt of the town hall. The shape of the enclosure serves as a guide for the entire project. It can be broken down into a mineral forecourt which is slightly inclined and delineated by low stone walls and wrapped in clumps of trees for local services : performance space, assembly, exhibition for the annual Chocard festival. The activity will continue next with the design of the church garden.
AMT is engaged by the EPA Alette Belval to submit an offer for the Mine eco-district in Boulange. A territory still impacted by the steel crisis, the Haut Val d’Alzette municipalities community receives the effects of Luxembourg’s economic expansion. This economic windfall is not without risk of dependence and destruction for the territory. The Mine district fits into a territorial project aimed to organize the effects of this momentum. The neighborhood project represents a foundational event and commits the entire town of Boulange in collective adventure.
The different ACA* teams contracted by the conurbation of Strasbourg are invited to the launch seminar for the NPNRU – the New Program for National Urban Renewal. AMT will oversee two sites of national interest. For Hautepierre in Strasbourg, it means extending investments form the first PRU and assert the scope of the urban district. For the Ecrivains in Schiltigheim and Bischheim a newcomer in the ANRU, it implies upgrading/enhancing an rundown area and re-enrolling it into the urban environment.

The town of Vincennes chooses AMT as consortium leader of partnering companies including INGETEC, IMPEDANCE and VICARINI, for planning Place Bérault, Victor Basch street and République avenue. The procedure represents a straight continuation of the redevelopment project for the inner city launched by Vincennes for almost 10 years. Located at the exit of the metro station by the same name, at the threshold of an animated neighborhood, Place Bérault is intended to recover its feel of a village square which is missing today.
